No planning permission required
In the UK ‘permitted development’ projects allow for the construction of outbuildings within certain specifications. Our designs comply with these specifications. Please consider that the location of the cabin can not be positioned forward the wall that forms the principal elevation of the property. In a nutshell, anywhere to the side or behind your house is fine. We are sensitive to the needs of neighbours so please check with them if a proposed location can be seen from other gardens or houses.
